Responsibilities of the role:

  • Monitoring and Inputting hours on timesheets
  • Issuing daily and weekly reports to management team
  • Compiling weekly & monthly timesheets for payroll
  • Liaising with site regarding crew changes, missing swipes etc
  • Org Chart maintenance
  • Database maintenance
  • Submitting weekly hour reports to agencies
  • Processing holiday request forms
  • Filing site paperwork


Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

  • Strong Administration with minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Previous experience with timesheet entry
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Excellent communication skills


Desirable Skills:

  • Working in a high-volume environment is desirable
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
