Responsibilities of the role:
- Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation.
- Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines.
- Managing the integration of the specialists’ models and fabrication drawings across all disciplines to ensure there is a co-ordinated design to be taken to site teams.
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:
- Engineering background required. (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, Architectural, Structural, Civil, Building engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction industry & multidisciplinary coordination.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Revit modelling and coordinating MEP services.
- Efficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD Worx/Revit
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desirable Skills:
- Data centre / Industrial projects experience preferred but not essential.
- Contractor experience preferred but design / engineering office background acceptable.
