Key Responsibilities of the Role:

 

  • Engineering background required. (Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, Architectural, Structural, Civil, Building engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction industry & multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Data centre / Industrial projects experience preferred but not essential.
  • Contractor experience preferred but design / engineering office background acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Revit modelling and coordinating MEP services.
  • Experience with Navisworks & clash detection reporting. IFC exporting / importing into Revit.
  • Experience with Autocad 2D & 3D.
  • Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation.
  • Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines.
  • Managing the integration of the specialists’ models and fabrication drawings across all disciplines to ensure there is a co-ordinated design to be taken to site teams.
  • The candidate will need to be already based in Barcelona / willing to relocate to Barcelona.

 Duration:

                One Year with potential extension to other Mercury Projects.

 Compensations:

                Vacations and other standard compensations according with Spanish Legislation.

                Salary to be discuss according with responsibilities.

 Reporting:

                BIM coordinator will report to project Design Manager and BIM Lead.

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:

Spanish and English Language are mandatory, Catalan a plus
