Scope of the Role: 

Deliver best in class performance through professional, competitive and efficient buying processes, controls and systems for their project(s). Potentially leading and mentoring junior procurement personnel.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver best in class performance through professional, competitive and efficient buying processes, controls and systems.
  • obtain quality goods and services in both a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and make sure the internal client’s needs are met
  • Sourcing suppliers and service providers.
  • Create purchase orders using SAP.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and service providers.
  • Arrange for the purchase and delivery of goods.
  • Conduct bid analysis and make recommendations.
  • Assist in invoice clearance and support the whole procure-to-pay process
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager. 
  • Vendor Management Sourcing and Pre-Qualification

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

  •  Experience in a similar role within an engineering or construction company.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work well as part of a team towards a common goal.
  • Negotiating experience

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of another European language (German, French, etc.) is a plus
  • A third level qualification preferably in supply chain or other related discipline.
  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of Tool and plant for construction an advantage.

Aufgaben der Rolle:

 

  • Bieten Sie erstklassige Leistung durch professionelle, wettbewerbsfähige und effiziente Einkaufsprozesse, Kontrollen und Systeme.
  • Qualitativ hochwertige Waren und Dienstleistungen sowohl kostengünstig als auch zeitnah zu erhalten.
  • Beschaffung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
  • Verhandeln Sie Preise mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
  • Kauf und Lieferung von Waren veranlassen.
  • Erstellen Sie Bestellungen mit SAP.
  • Führen Sie Angebotsanalysen durch und geben Sie Empfehlungen ab.
  • Führen Sie andere Aufgaben aus, die vom direkten Vorgesetzten zugewiesen wurden.

 

 

Ihre Qualifikationen und Schlüsselkriterien

 

  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem Ingenieur- oder Bauunternehmen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Arbeiten Sie gut als Teil eines Teams auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hin.
  • Verhandlungserfahrung

 

 

 

Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten:

 

  • Eine Qualifikation der dritten Ebene, vorzugsweise in der Lieferkette oder einer anderen verwandten Disziplin. 
  • Bisherige SAP-Erfahrung.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Werkzeug- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil.
