Responsibilities of the role:


  • Database Maintenance
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organizing couriers, faxing etc.
  • Documenting the project details
  • Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents/actions
  • Export files in the required format
  • All other duties associated with this role


Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:


  • Strong Administration with 3 to 5 years’ experience
  • PC literate with strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to liaise with various support functions
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Excellent communication skills


Desirable Skills:


  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given
  • Fluency in a European language an advantage
