Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly cost reports
  • Analysis of data and report on anomalies
  • SAP reports as requested
  • Liase with QS team to report on project costs
  • Monitor and report on use of processes and procedures
  • Dealing with and assisting with queries
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as they arise


Key Criteria for the Role:


  • PC literate, MUST have excellent Excel skills
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Attention to detail with good numerical ability
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given
