Scope of Role:

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

· Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor. This will include attending weekly safety meetings and distribution of information from those meeting to the site team.

· Holding daily/weekly toolbox talks

· Management of Site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Package Manager.

· Provide input to and the management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineer and Client requirements

· Manage the on site coordination of activities with other trades

· Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:

o Mercury Mechanical Team

o Sub-contractors

o Material deliveries and goods receipting.

o Plant and Equipment

o Variations

o Valuations

· Management of all day to day on site operations

· Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor.

· Management of the Mercury “In Progress” snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable.

· Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking cen-trally.

· Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings

· Attendance on System Walkdowns, both internal and Client

· Management and close out of all punch items

· Ensure correct revision drawings are being used for the completion of construction activities

· Ensure RLMU’s are provided for all completed works

· Implement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades.

· Issue internal weekly progress report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of Mercury, e.g. late deliveries.

· Schedule & Track material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.

· Maintain a weekly project photographic diary

· All other duties associated with this role and/or reasonably required by the Company. The Company reserves the right to vary the scope and nature of the Employee’s normal duties to take into account changes in the Company’s work patterns and practices and the require-ments of its business

 

Essential Criteria (examples of information needed below)

· The ideal candidate will have a minimum 10 years’ experience in Supervision Role.

· Previous experience in Construction Operations.

· Professional qualification in Fitter or Welder

· Professional certification Trade Qualified

· Travel will be required for this position.

· Previous experience in a Proceed Piping Project

 

Desirable Criteria

· Previous experience in the Pharma sector

•    Styring af underleverandøraktiviteter, herunder sporing af fremskridt i forhold til tidsplan og mandskabsniveauer. Sørg for, at der er et ugentligt referatmøde med underleverandør.
•    Håndtering af Mercury "In Progress"-snagging-systemet, der sikrer, at du returnerer ugentlige punch-lister, hvor det er relevant.
•    Udsted direkte arbejdstimer og underleverandørtimer til tidsadministrator til sporing centralt.
•    Deltagelse i webstedsmøder, interne projektgennemgange, tekniske anmeldelser, planlægnings- og koordineringsmøder og overdragelsesmøder
•    Deltagelse på System Walkdowns, både internt og klient
•    Håndtering og lukning af alle punch-emner
•    Sørg for, at korrekte revisionstegninger bliver brugt til færdiggørelse af byggeaktiviteter
•    Sørg for, at der er RLMU'er til rådighed for alle afsluttede arbejder
•    Implementer et ugentligt kig fremad for at sikre koordinering med andre fag.
•    Udsende intern ugentlig statusrapport. Dette vil fremhæve fremskridtsprocenten fuldført baseret på WBS-koder og eventuelle bekymringer. Den bør også fremhæve eventuelle risikoelementer inden for Mercurys kontrol, f.eks. sene leveringer.
•    Planlæg og spor materialeleverancer, så de stemmer overens med projektets tidsplan. 
•    Vedligehold en ugentlig projektfotodagbog
•    Alle andre pligter forbundet med denne rolle og/eller med rimelighed påkrævet af virksomheden. Virksomheden forbeholder sig retten til at ændre omfanget og arten af Medarbejderens normale pligter for at tage højde for ændringer i virksomhedens arbejdsmønstre og -praksis og kravene til dens virksomhed


Væsentlige kriterier (eksempler på nødvendige oplysninger nedenfor)
•    Den ideelle kandidat har minimum 10 års erfaring i supervisionsrolle.
•    Tidligere erfaring med anlægsdrift.
•    Faglig kvalifikation i montør eller svejser
•    Professionel certificering Trade Qualified
•    Rejser vil være påkrævet for denne stilling.
•    Tidligere erfaring i et Proceed Piping-projekt

 

Ønskelige kriterier
