About this Role:

We have a hybrid working model, where your time is split between working from home and in our Head Office in Sandyford, Dublin.

Reporting to the HR Manager this role will be responsible for developing and implementing new and revised Compensation and Benefits programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company's strategic goals and competitive practices that assist with employee retention and attracting top talent.

You will have experience managing Compensation and Benefits programs in a global business, along with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Support the recruitment process with timely and up to date market data.
  • Determine markets rates and build pay bands based on external benchmarking.
  • Provide data-based advice to executive team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, job evaluations and internal equity.
  • Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.
  • Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure compensation and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with country/ local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Own and drive our relationships with vendors, brokers and carriers, including monitoring cost, service levels, processes, and accuracy of data
  • Develop and maintain an executive dashboard for country-specific materials for employees, Talent and HRBPs
  • Partner and consult with HR Business Partners, TA Acquisition Team, and Leadership in all things compensation by making recommendations using data
  • Roll out of Gender pay gap reporting

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:

  • 8 years plus experience in international rewards and benefits in Ireland and Mainland Europe
  • Track record of success in developing and implementing enterprise wide compensation and benefits programs across multiple jurisdiction
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft       products, including Excel.
  • Strong Presentation and data analysis skills
  • Experience in a fast changing environment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field and 8 years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • Certified compensation professional credentials preferred.
