We have a hybrid work model, where the working time is split between working from home and in our Head office in Sandyford, Dublin

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced working environment, across multiple jurisdictions, supporting all areas of Global Mobility and Compensation + Benefits.


Duties and responsibilities include:

Compensation + Benefits

  • Completes records, reporting, and other documentation  
  • Ensuring compliance with insurance, tax, securities, and other regulations and filing requirements
  • Benefits enrolment and personnel records maintenance
  • Provide appropriate reports for auditing  
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partners and Payroll department communicating and administering any changes to benefits administration
  • Provide administrative support to the Compensation + Benefits Specialist. 


Global Mobility

  • Assistance with appropriate immigration advice for the assignees as needed
  • Manage relationship between Immigration Consultants and the Business Stakeholders
  • Ensure that each assignment is well documented, communicated to key stakeholders and that associated risks are flagged and managed as needed
  • Provide regular updates (as requested/needed) related to status of permits, visas and other official registrations and permissions obtained by various authorities relating to assignments
  • Review and note updates required to mobility policy and participate in annual reviews with key stakeholders from other support and business groups (as needed)
  • Support HRBPs and business leaders with information and support in decision-making related to project assignments as needed



  • Regular (monthly/quarterly) and once off reporting of relocation headcount, spend, etc
  • Production and interpretation of adhoc comparative reports as required by the business from time to time



  • Adhere to the Company’s Data Protection Policy and Procedure and ensure private and confidential data is kept secure and disposed of in the appropriate manner.  
  • As part of the larger HR Team, this role requires excellent teamwork and it is expected that your contribution to the team greatly enhances the success of the team in supporting the business.
  • Other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by the HR Manager


Essential Criteria

  • Strong Administration with minimum 12 months experience in a fast paced working environment
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Proven Ability to work with large amounts of Data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Experience in a HR team
  • Experience in working with expatriate programs
  • Knowledge of expatriate assignment compensation and payroll
  • Knowledge of cross border immigration and visa processes and requirements.
  • Fluency in French, German or EU language an advantage but not essential
