Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Liaise with client to ensure that performance and delivery criteria and client requirements are being met
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the Client and other third-party stakeholders
  • Liaise on project quality, cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate
  • Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
  • Champion company Safety implementation on site
  • Track and report key information at weekly client update meetings
  • Represent the Company in business with customers, consultants, contractors
  • Attend site coordination meetings along with Contracts/ Project Manager
  • Research and prepare various reports pertaining to contractual issues, operations, policies, procedures, and/or other issues, as appropriate
  • Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
  • Under supervision of the Project Manager, manage a team to meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
  • Assist with developing site-specific risk assessments and method statements and update during project if required
  • Creation of installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
  • Processing requisitions, generation of purchase orders and confirm delivery to site
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • All other duties associated with this role

Essential Criteria for the Role:

  • A construction related college degree or equivalent; construction science or engineering degree preferred.
  • 3+ years previous experience in Project Management roles within a recognised Mechanical/Electrical contractor preferred
  • Language – fluency in Mandarin (spoken, written and reading)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills
  • Proven record of coordinating and managing installation projects
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Experienced in design and build

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Ability to work well within strict deadlines
  • Ability to drive a large-scale project
  • Effective communication, supervision, and managerial skills
  • Must have a high level of computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Microsoft Project is a plus
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong team player
