Responsibilities of the role:

  • Organising all employee inductions (on and off site facilities)
  • Liaising with all inductees regarding induction procedures and outstanding documentation
  • Liaising with all departments and subcontractors regarding induction procedure and outstanding documentation
  • Database maintenance
  • Filing site paperwork
  • Monitor and check sign in sheets
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers etc
  • Export files in the required format
  • Arrange meetings on site, booking in visitors.

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria

  • Strong Administration skills with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry an advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
