Mercury won the contract to carry out the full technical design and build of this Data Centre for a repeat client, located on a brownfield site in Frankfurt, Germany.

Works commenced after the demolition of a pre-existing building on the site.

Upon completion, this facility will possess 19.2 MW of IT power and 103,334 square metres of whitespace, across four floors.

Scope of works completed include:

• Ground clearance, including removal of earth for basement.
• Piling.
• Substructure and superstructure shell and core.
• Security lounge.
• CSA fitout.
• Electrical & Mechanical fitout.
