Key Responsibilities of the Role:

· Project Management

· Prepare relevant reports

· Management of Design Consultants and Building Contractors

· Provide solutions and cost projections

· Management of Site Design and Construction processes

· Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors

· To manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines

· Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards

· Ensure project profitability

· Commissioning projects

· Reporting on construction progress

· All other duties associated with this role.

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

· A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager

· Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process

· Ability to control and manage people and programs

· A trade background or a relevant third level qualification

· Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment

· Ability to drive a large-scale project

· Computer skills - Windows, MS Office and MS Project

• Planung aller Ressourcen, einschließlich Arbeitskräfte, Materialien und Subunternehmer
• Ein großes Team leiten und vorantreiben, um alle Projektanforderungen und Fristen einzuhalten
• Achten Sie auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
• Stellen Sie die Rentabilität Ihres Projekts sicher

Ihre Qualifikationen und Schlüsselkriterien:

• Mindestens 4 Jahre als Maschinenbauleiter
• Gute und fundierte Kenntnisse des gesamten Entwurfs- und Bauprozesses
• Fähigkeit, Personen und Programme zu kontrollieren und zu verwalten 
• Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Koordination und Verwaltung großer Projekte
• Exzellente Kommunikations Fähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, unter Druck und innerhalb eines strengen Terminumfelds gut zu arbeiten
• Fähigkeit, ein Großprojekt voranzutreiben
• Computerkenntnisse – Windows, MS Office und MS Project
