Mercury’s dynamic future leaders complete 2022-24 Graduate Programme
We are pleased to extend our congratulations to the class of 2022-24 who have completed Mercury’s Graduate Programme. Our CEO, Eoin Vaughan, presented certificates of completion to our diverse group of 37 graduates at a recent ceremony held at the Irish Management Institute in Dublin. After eighteen months of intensive training, this ceremony provided a platform for our outgoing cohort to showcase their final projects to members of Mercury’s Executive Management Team.

Speaking at the event, our CEO highlighted the diversity of talent and noted that this group has the highest number of female participants in the history of the programme. Eoin also touched on the 5-year strategy of the business, how “we’re in a golden era of opportunity in the sectors in which we operate and our graduates should hold confidence in fulfilling their vision for their careers. There should be no barriers to their success at Mercury.”
Mercury’s Graduate Programme is a testament to our success as a group in recent years. Since its inception 15 years ago with a cohort of five, we have successfully trained and developed 400+ graduates. 160 of those are still with the business and many have made long term careers, and now hold senior positions. We believe that in order to achieve incredible things, we must invest in our people. The success of our Graduate Programme demonstrates our commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Completing Mercury’s Graduate Programme is just the beginning of a journey full of possibilities. We are excited to see these talented graduates progress in their careers within our company and the wider construction industry. Once again, we congratulate all our graduates on their achievements and wish them the best in their future endeavours.
