As CEO, Eoin leads the Mercury Executive Management Team and sits on the company’s Board. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Eoin is committed to pushing the limits of conventional thinking and unlocking new possibilities through Mercury.

During his early years with the company, Eoin travelled extensively, spending large parts of his career in Poland and the Middle East. While working in challenging overseas markets, Eoin not only gained a better understanding of international business but more importantly, became more balanced in his decision making and more adaptable to understanding the importance of diversity of people, cultures and clients. In this regard, Eoin strives to ensure that Mercury always remains true to its culture of always delivering for its clients while remaining a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace where change is embraced and people are listened to,

Eoin has led the transformation of Mercury, firstly developing Mercury2021 and most recently Beyond50, a five year strategic plan aimed at harnessing the momentum that Mercury has built up over 50 years to push further and reach wider. He firmly believes in the value of people within Mercury and has invested greatly in professional development of Mercury’s staff.

Eoin has a passion for sustainability and is committed to transforming the meaning of responsible business in Mercury by leading the way in making a positive and sustainable impact in the delivery of projects for our clients.
