Eoin Vaughan

Chief Executive Officer:

Eoin is the Chief Executive Officer of Mercury. As CEO, Eoin leads the Executive Management Team and sits on the company’s Board. Having joined as Contracts Manager in 2005, he was promoted to General Manager of Mercury Poland in 2008 and General Manager of Mercury Middle East in 2012. In these challenging overseas markets, Eoin's leadership qualities became highly evident. In 2014, Eoin was appointed as the CEO.

Eoin has led the transformation of Mercury, developing MERCURY 2021, a Group-wide strategy aligning all Mercury personnel with a set of strategic objectives over a five-year period. Eoin firmly believes in the value of people within Mercury and has invested greatly in professional development of Mercury’s staff. He also currently sits as the Chairman of the Building Information Modelling (BIM), Innovation and Continuous Improvement Committee of the Construction Industry Federation (CIF).
