Mercury’s dynamic future leaders complete 2021-23 graduate programme

We are pleased to extend our congratulations to the class of 2021-23 who have completed Mercury’s Graduate Programme.

Our CEO, Eoin Vaughan, presented certificates of completion to our diverse group of 40 graduates at a recent ceremony held at the Irish Management Institute in Dublin.

After eighteen months of intensive training, this ceremony provided a platform for our outgoing cohort to showcase their final projects to members of Mercury’s Executive Management Team.

Speaking at the event, our CEO highlighted the manner in which Mercury’s Graduate Programme is shaping the future of our leadership, and how it presents a range of opportunities for career progression, as we continue to grow as an organisation. Eoin also shared valuable insight into Mercury’s strategic vision for the future, emphasising how our graduates will significantly contribute towards achieving our goals as an industry-leading contractor.

Mercury’s Graduate Programme is a testament to our success as a group in recent years. Since its inception in 2009 with a cohort of five, we have successfully trained and developed 300+ graduates. The success of our Graduate Programme demonstrates our commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Completing Mercury’s Graduate Programme is just the beginning of a journey full of possibilities. We are excited to see these talented graduates progress in their careers within our company and the wider construction industry.

Once again, we congratulate all of our graduates on their achievements and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
