For this role, we are looking for an Construciton Manager with High Purity Experience  

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Project Management
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Management of Design Consultants and Building Contractors
  • Provide solutions and cost projections
  • Management of Site Design and Construction processes
  • Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
  • To manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Ensure project profitability
  • Commissioning projects
  • Reporting on construction progress
  • All other duties associated with this role.

 

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

  • A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager
  • Need to understand the High Purity Process , prodeucred, welding and purging 
  • Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
  • Ability to control and manage people and programs
  • A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
  •  Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
  • Ability to drive a large-scale project
  • Computer skills - Windows, MS Office and MS Project
