Scope of Role:
The SAP SuccessFactors Analyst is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors suite to meet evolving business needs. This role is embedded within Mercury’s Group IT SAP Team and plays a key part in driving HR digital transformation initiatives.
The SAP Team at Mercury includes analysts across SAP FICO, MM & SD, Payroll, and non-SAP domains. The team supports all departments and business units, helping to identify, select, and deliver technology-driven improvements. The SuccessFactors Analyst works closely with this team to ensure HR systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
· System Configuration & Support
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation. - Ensure system stability and alignment with business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve user issues. - Maintain data integrity and optimize configurations for daily opera-tions.
· Integration & Collaboration
Support replication & integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. - Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with strategic goals. - Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes.
· Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for system enhancements. - Stay current with SAP Success-Factors updates and best practices. - Contribute to testing and validation during release cycles.
Competencies
Strong analytical skills and process improvement focus
MS Access knowledge is a plus
Essential Criteria
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Skilled in system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
- Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows
- Collaborative team player, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge in time and attendance and SAP payroll a distinct advantage
- Experience in a Success Factors implementation project desired
- Exposure or knowledge of S4, not required, but a distinct advantage
