Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Material management

  • Reporting on order values, costs to date, costs to go on a weekly basis
  • Analysis of material reports and issue action requirement to relevant people
  • Managing material orders for Tools

 

Subcontractors

  • Reporting on subcontract order values, costs to date, % of works complete, costs to go on a weekly basis.
  • Issue subcontractor planned payments to accounts on a monthly basis

 

Labour

  • Reports on hours spent per week and cumulatively on all projects
  • Other SAP reporting as requested.
  • Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork
  • General Administration Office duties

 

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:           

  • Strong Administration experience
  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must have good Excel skills
  • 1 – 2 years experience

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience advantage but not essential as full training will be given
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Excellent communication skills
