This Hyperscale Data Centre in Dublin is a new facility that serves the company’s cloud business. It is one of the company’s largest European Data Centres. Mercury won the first contract to carry out the complete Electrical & structured IT services to the entire facility which included an initial fit-out of 3,675Sqm of dataspace at a power density of approximately 1.8kw/Sqm.
On subsequent projects Mercury was appointed as Main Contractor to complete fit-out works on remaining fallow space and again as Electrical & IT contractor on follow-on and currently on-going construction works with an increased power density of 3kw/Sqm.
The facility is one of the most energy efficient Data Centres in the world.
