Scope of works
Construction of a data center, electrical sub-station, ancillery and support buildings including infrastructure with connections to the Municipality utilities
Schedule of works
All construction work will begin in 2026. Works will be completed and handed over to customer in 2029.
Hours
The working hours for the construction site are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7.00am – 6.00pm. Saturdays 7.00am – 2.00pm.
Working hours for works subject to a noise are as follows:
Monday-Friday 7.30am-6.00pm
Saturdays: 7.30am-2.00pm.
