Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
  • Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • 5+ years previous experience in supervisory works
  • Experience working with a Electrical/Mechanical contractor
  • Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
  • Tracking hours of subcontractors
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Weekly reporting on progress

 

Essential Criteria for the Role:

  • A trade qualification
  • Good Computer skills in word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Fluent English
  • Flexible to travel 
  • Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Supervision role

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a friendly team
  • Career driven, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
