Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
The role is primarily to provide administrative and organisational support to the Business Unit Managing Director & Operations Manager. We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and trustworthy individual who can work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare information used for meetings such as agendas, briefing notes and presentations
- Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
- Compilation and analysis of expenses.
- Manage records ensuring effective and efficient filing systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant supporting management in a busy office environment
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, OneNote, Sharepoint
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work with confidential information in a professional & trustworthy manner
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner
- The confidence to effectively and professionally respond to all enquiries to the Senior Leadership team.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be an integral part of a busy team.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
