MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main purpose of the office-based administrator is to ensure the engineering team operates efficiently by managing documentation, coordination, communication, and administrative tasks that support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Completion of timesheets for engineering staff. Hours to be added weekly to internal platform.
- Complete flights/hotel bookings for Mercury staff when requested
- Supervision of staff project allocations/tracker management
- Supervision of general monthly trackers
- Assist with reporting & project controls
- Prepare/structure reports/trackers as requested
- Completion of meeting minutes
- Provide office and operation support
- Control office supplies, system access, on-boarding & general office organisation
- Arrange training for engineering staff when requested
- Support H&S, security and compliance requirements in HQ
- · Maintain central engineering project organisation & documentation.
- Maintain documentation control for central engineering ACC platform as di-rected by Engineers/Managers
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry processes.
- Support audits, quality checks, and data accuracy.
- ·Assist document controllers if requested.
- Help / assistance if necessary with the generation / maintenance / archiving and monitoring of the O&M Manuals.
- Review and report on the file key structure making sure the general instructions are followed by everyone.

Essential Criteria for the Role:
- 5 years’ experience
- Communication Skills
- Computer skills- Excel, Word
Desirable
- SAP experience
- Construction project environment experience
- Electrical parts knowledge
- Mechanical parts Knowledge
