Safety Workflows: Enhancing safety and consistency across Mercury projects
At Mercury, our anchor value of safety underpins everything that we do. We are dedicated to placing the safety of our people and our partners first.
As part of our commitment to the Work Safe | Home Safe ethos, our teams use the safety workflow system to ensure that all members are educated to complete key processes such as Working at Heights, dealing with Ground Disturbances, Lifting Operations, and tackling hazards by simplifying these processes into seven steps or less.
Displayed across our project locations in multiple languages, the workflow documentation was completed through engaging and consulting our supply chain partners to ensure high-risk tasks are coordinated in line with Mercury’s Work Safe, Home Safe mindset.
