World Quality Week 2023: Mercury teams commit to a culture of quality
This week, all Mercury teams along with our valued supply chain partners will be celebrating the World Quality Week 2023, which raises awareness about the roles quality professionals play across industries. This year’s theme is “Realising Your Competitive Potential.”
Quality is a core component of everything we do at Mercury and is crucial in ensuring we deliver our projects to the highest standards, meeting our client specifications, and exceeding their expectations every time. Mercury’s Quality team acts as a conduit between our construction and engineering professionals and our valued supply chain partners.
This week, our global workforce will be engaging in various activities to recognise and renew our commitment to quality, taking part in presentations, toolbox talks, practical demonstrations, and online trainings. Our teams will focus on topics such as continuous improvement, avoidable errors, achieving defect-free status, and site-specific demonstrations with supply chain members about installation processes and industry best practice on every project.
