Mercury is introducing a new Virtual Reality (VR) Work at Heights training programme across all of its global locations. This new method of safety training is more interactive and immersive than traditional training approaches, and will also provide our people with a better understanding all of the hazards involved with working at heights.

This initiative is a key component of our Beyond50 strategy, under the Digital Edge pillar, and is also integral to demonstrating our WorkSafe | HomeSafe value in action.

We are currently on a digital transformation journey of our safety training programme and will be soon adding all High-Risk Activities (HRAs) training to the Safety VR platform.

Check out our video below highlighting the key features and benefits of Safety VR training.
