We are proud to announce that Mercury has successfully achieved the Investors in Diversity’s Bronze award.

This achievement highlights the strong foundations that we have built in embedding Diversity & Inclusion into our systems and provides Mercury with a strong basis to improve further.

We want to thank all stakeholders, both internal and external for helping in delivering this excellent result.

The Investors in Diversity mark is Ireland’s only all-encompassing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) mark for business and is proudly supported by IBEC and the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion.

By achieving the Bronze award, Mercury has proven its commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.

This accreditation runs from November 2020 and remains valid for 12 months. Mercury’s aims in 2021 and beyond will be to continue to build on the strong Diversity & Inclusion foundations that we have built in 2020, with a view to achieving the Silver and eventually the Gold award, as we continually evolve and improve as an organisation.

“This achievement highlights the strong foundations that we have built in embedding Diversity & Inclusion into our systems and provides Mercury with a strong basis to improve further”, stated Christie Idemudia, Senior HR Business Partner.
