This morning, Mercury’s second-year graduates (class of 2019-21) began their graduate week virtually with the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

From Monday 14th to Friday 18th of September, Mercury’s second year graduate cohort are taking part in a week of specialist training with the IMI virtually through Zoom.

This follows on from a successful first year on Mercury’s graduate programme.

The training sessions are being led by a number of specialist multidisciplinary lecturers and cover a wide variety of areas.

This is the first time Mercury’s GradIreland Award shortlisted Graduate Programme is taking place online, in order to adapt to the current restrictions on travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Last week, our first year cohort began their virtual training after Mercury recently expanded its graduate programme to 55 people in 2020, our largest intake to date despite the challenges posed by Covid-19.

At Mercury, we are committed to developing our graduate programme to provide the next generation of leaders.
