Mercury hosted several virtual gym class over Zoom for its global staff. All  Mercury employees were invited to join these free classes, which were hosted on Friday 10th and Friday 17th April over lunchtime.

Mercury’s Head Office Gym is currently closed as well as many Gyms across Ireland, the UK and continental Europe, due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Mercury’s dedicated Crisis Management Team (CMT) stated, “During this current period of restrictions across the globe, many are missing normal day to day interactions. The free gym classes are part of our wider wellness programme to ensure we’re doing all we can to promote employee wellness during what is a difficult time for many.” The full body class was 45 minutes in length and included a warm up, strength, core, good vibes & some awesome tunes!
