Mercury’s Smart Choice Leadership graduates receive certificates at University of Limerick
Mercury is delighted to announce that the first group of our employees to complete Ingenium’s Smart Choice Leadership Programme attended a graduation ceremony at the University of Limerick on March 4th.
In attendance at the ceremony were; Darren Brennan, Christian Murphy, Kim O’Connor, Keith Kilroy, Aisling Cronin, Mark Mulvany, Adrian Kanka.
James Murphy and Keith Taite also completed the programme.
Graduates were presented with certificates at the event.
Mercury invests in a number of higher education options for its staff, including our leadership programme.
LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
We believe that to achieve incredible things you must invest in your people. In this regard, Mercury re-launched its newly revamped “Future Leaders” in June 2019. The programme is being run in conjunction with our training partners in Ingenium, a premium provider of training and consulting services.
The objective of the programme is to build the group’s bench strength to enable succession to senior roles within Mercury. The programmes participants are drawn from all parts of the business and represent both operations and support functions.
