Mercury attended the CIF International Women’s Day Breakfast Briefing in Dunboyne, Co. Meath, Ireland on Friday.

Hundreds of industry representatives gathered at Dunboyne Castle ahead of International Women’s Day on Sunday March 8th.

Mercury hosted a stand at the event, with Joanne Cluxton, Group HR Manager, Jennifer Collins and Ana Mapa representing the company at the conference.

According to the latest CSO figures, around 135,000 men work in construction, while only 12,500 women are employed in the sector.

At Mercury, we support women in construction and we are striving to increase the number of women working in the industry.

We are an industry leader with over 22% of our employees being female.
