Mercury are delighted to announce that Royal Albert Dock – a commercial development in London, UK has reached completion. We have worked closely with general contractor Multiplex to deliver this project for our clients ABP and CITIC. The project initially began in 2015, with plans unveiled to deliver a prominent business centre opposite London City Airport. Mercury later joined the project in the summer of 2017 to commence pre-construction, with the project’s final completion occurring in April 2019.

Royal Albert Dock is set to become London’s third business district after London City and the financial centre in Canary Wharf. The project is situated in a lively cosmopolitan area parallel to the City Airport Runway which is only 220m away.

Mercury were commissioned to carry out the mechanical & electrical fit-out of the office developments. The project was led by Tony Duddy, Director of Building Services at Mercury. Other key staff included Eamonn Thornton as Operations Director and Colin Keane as Operations Manager.
