Mercury Quality Team undergoes virtual ISO Internal Audit Course
A group of ten senior Mercury staff members from Mercury’s Quality Team recently participated in an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course, Quality Management System (QMS) virtually online. The course is accredited by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA). The course is usually classroom-based, but during the pandemic is being delivered through virtual learning – a “first of a kind”. The Internal Auditor Course aims to provide teams with the knowledge and skills required to perform internal audits as part of a QMS based on ISO 9001 2015.

Finnegan & Kenneth Murphy who have completed the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditors Course – Quality Management System (QMS), and are now independently certified Internal Auditors. The commitment from numerous Mercury senior staff members to attend this course highlights their continued effort and leadership in quality, which is absolutely critical to our overall success as a business. I can’t wait for the second Group, comprising Ellie Christie, Murilo Abdon, Jude O’Kane, Seamus Lacey, Allen Griffin, Fernando Quaresma, Gareth Brodigan, Sarah Digan & Andrew Judge who will complete the training in June“.
