Mercury is attending the Dublin North West Area Partnership (DNWAP) Apprenticeship Fair 2019 on Tuesday and Wednesday 15th-16th of October 2019. Mercury will be promoting its mechanical & electrical apprenticeship programmes.

Beginning in 2020, Mercury will be taking on a large number of apprentices to work on a number of large Life Sciences & Technology, Healthcare and Data Centre projects in the Co. Dublin, Co. Kildare & Co. Meath areas.

About DNWAP

The Dublin North West Area Partnership was originally established as the Finglas Partnership Limited in 1991 by the Irish Government under the Programme for Economic and Social Progress (PESP) to tackle long-term unemployment in the Finglas area. The Partnership has expanded over the last two and a half decades, including the neighbouring areas of Cabra and Ballymun.

Dublin North West Area Partnership’s vision is that people living within the Dublin North West area will have improved life chances and the opportunity to reach their full potential as an individual and valued member of society. Mercury is delighted to be working with the Dublin North West Area Partnership, supporting local communities to provide employment opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices are awarded a Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) National Craft Certificate.
