Mercury led the delivery of Digital Realty’s 76MW Paris Digital Park campus in La Courneuve, France. Comprising the PAR8, PAR9, PAR10 and PAR11 data centres, the campus provides 39,000 m² of technical space across four state-of-the-art facilities.

Working as general contractor, Mercury delivered the campus-wide critical infrastructure, including shell and core, architectural façades and roofing, alongside the fit-out of architectural, mechanical and electrical systems. The scope also included supporting utilities and services infrastructure, modularised plant rooms and the delivery and commissioning of multiple data halls.

Each facility features high-density power racks, advanced fire suppression systems, free cooling and robust fibre connectivity. Modular design and hybrid cooling solutions provide the flexibility required to support evolving customer requirements and the growing demands of AI and digital infrastructure.

The campus is powered by 100% renewable energy produced in France through Guarantees of Origin certificates and is certified to ISO 50001. As part of the wider development, Mercury also delivered a 7,500 m² public park for the local community.

Mercury completed PAR11 and handed over the full campus in 2025, marking the culmination of a five-year delivery programme and a major milestone in our long-standing relationship with Digital Realty.
