Mercury is currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordination Lead to join our pre-construction team. The role will be based in our head office in Dublin.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and independent individual that can contribute to our team with deep knowledge and understanding of bid coordination but who also is willing to perform administrative tasks in our tendering department.

 

The role is will include:

  • Coordinate and log incoming information to the department
  • Coordinate and log outgoing communications from the department
  • Set up the tender projects and folders on our digital platform.
  • Compile standard deliverables and keep them up to date and accessible for the team.
  • Set up and maintain processes within the business to maintain control of live projects and leads.
  • Keep control of the project pipeline and maintain the pipeline up to date.
  • Manage control of access to our digital platforms together with the bid management team.
  • Set up the tender platforms and maintain control of action trackers during the tender.
  • Manage deadlines and key tender milestones in the department calendar.
  • Keep the department agenda up to date and send out reminders for upcoming events and deadlines.
  • Prepare prequalifications.
  • Set up and maintain trackers and project lists.
  • Review and sense checking of proposal documents.
  • Lead and perform various administrative tasks within the department.

 

Required training:

  • Degree in administration.

 

Previous Experience:

  • 5-10 years experience with administration roles in tender department or construction projects.

 

Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of ACC, Sharepoint, Bluebeam is an advantage
