About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering impactful learning programs that support our business goals and empower our employees. You will partner with the HR Business Partner team and senior leaders and managers to identify learning needs, design and implement customised programs, and coach them on effective development strategies for their teams.

 

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge, skills, and performance gaps across the organisation.

· Partner with your HR colleagues and business leaders and stakeholders to design and develop comprehensive learning & development programs aligned with strategic goals.

· Create engaging and effective learning content using a variety of methods, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, blended learning experiences, and coaching.

· Deliver high-quality training programs to diverse audiences, demonstrating strong adult learning principles and facilitation skills.

· Manage large scale projects with limited supervision.

· Coach and mentor managers and senior leaders on effective development techniques and employee performance management/coaching.

· Evaluate the impact of learning programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, ensuring continuous improvement.

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning & development methodologies and technologies.

· Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient access and delivery of learning resources.

· Collaborate with the HR team and external partners on learning initiatives and talent development strategies.

 

Person Specification:

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.

· Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful learning programs.

· Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to align learning with business needs.

· Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to develop managers and leaders.

· Excellent adult learning principles and facilitation skills with a variety of delivery methods.

· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

· Passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
