Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Precise set out of building elements as per relevant construction drawings;
- On-going checks during construction to ensure spatially accurate positioning of building elements;
- Generation of survey information from project digital content;
- Survey of final position of all relevant building elements once construction complete has been achieved;
- Daily reporting of all works completed;
- Reporting of final location of install to demonstrate conformance to construction tolerance;
- Use of reality capture solutions to generate 3D laser scans;
- Processing of survey data to produce output useable by project team;
- Familiarity with construction EHS requirements
Essential Criteria for the Role:
- Min. level 7 qualification in surveying, geomatics or civil engineering;
- 2 – 3 years surveying experience;
- Strong capability with the use of surveying equipment
- Ability to interpret construction drawings;
- Good communication skills to liaise with construction management, engineering and site crews;
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk applications including Autocad and Navisworks;
- Competence with MS Office solutions
