Mercury mark publication of 2022 sustainability report

Mercury is pleased to announce the publication of our 2022 sustainability report.

This report focuses on our key updates and achievements relating to our sustainability efforts in 2022. As a group, we are shaping our industry and building sustainable communities through best practices in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

Mercury has made significant progress over the course of 2022, including having our carbon reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative and receiving a silver badge of recognition for sustainability from Ecovadis, the world’s largest business sustainability ratings system, ranking above the construction industry average.

The report details initiatives and information pertaining to our key sustainability duties and our commitments align with a number of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

This document is particularly important for bringing our key stakeholders up to speed on our progress and actions over the past year.

With environmental, social and governance concerns now more important than ever, we are proud to report significant progress in driving sustainable business practice across our entire operations in 2022.

The report can be read here.
