Reflecting on a memorable year and looking ahead to 2023 – A message from Eoin Vaughan, CEO
As we come to the end of another successful year at Mercury, I want to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and express our gratitude to all of you who have supported us along the way.
This year, we proudly celebrated our 50th year of business with our global teams. Their commitment, talent, and passion have enabled us to successfully and consistently complete complex and challenging projects for some of the world’s leading organisations. We are grateful for their contributions and unwavering dedication to making things happen. As a result, 2022 was a record year for us, and this success is due in large part to our talented people and the solutions we provide, which help connect people, communities, and businesses, empowering them to achieve incredible things.
As we move forward with our comprehensive restructuring of the organisation, we are focused on delivering better service to our clients and partners, as well as providing our employees with opportunities for development and career progression. As part of our strategy, Mercury will be further developing our critical divisions and cultivating executive talent to lead our teams and provide greater value to our clients.
As we approach 2023, we are proud to report that we have achieved another year of exceptional safety performance. At Mercury, safety is our anchor value and is embedded in every aspect of our business. We are dedicated to reliably providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, we do not compromise on this, and we will continue to prioritise this in the years ahead. Our success is directly linked to the safety of our people, and we will never take this for granted. With this focus and commitment, we are confident that we will continue to thrive and achieve success.
Our global reach continues to expand, and we are dedicated to growing our operations in a sustainable manner. We are deeply committed to our Corporate Social Responsibility policy and making positive contributions to the local communities where we operate. This year, we have made record efforts in our CSR initiatives and are immensely proud of our progress.
