Mercury Wellbeing Hub Launched to Enhance Support Across Mental, Physical, and Financial Health for Our People
Mercury has strengthened its wellbeing programme with the launch of the Mercury Wellbeing Hub in September. The platform is designed to support the physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of our people, ensuring they feel secure, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Through the Wellbeing Hub, employees have direct access to services including counselling and psychotherapy, financial advice, nutrition guidance, and physical therapy. It removes traditional barriers to access, with no referral process, no waiting lists, and complete confidentiality. Our people can choose the professional support they need, at a time that works for them.

By fostering a culture of inclusion and providing the right tools and resources, we create an environment where our people can feel their best and deliver their best. The launch of the Wellbeing Hub builds on our existing programmes and reinforces our commitment to backing our people to realise their vision of themselves.
