Mercury has been providing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Electrical Services to the National Emergency Coordination Centre (NECC) since 2013. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) requires us to provide ongoing helpdesk support and availability to ensure critical equipment remains in operation.
As part of our scope we also deliver minor upgrades and project works in the facility. Our compliance checks and reporting regime ensure the client's operations can run smoothly & cost effectively as well as ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. As part of the SLA we also provide 24/7 reactive maintenance services to safeguard the building’s operation all year round. Our support team is always available to increase manpower at the facility to meet operational and minor project work requirements.
