Mercury was awarded an initial three-year contract to carry out routine electrical services maintenance within this 10,830 M2 building in Dublin 2. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) requires Mercury to provide 24/7 support for the building and carry out quarterly and annual PPM inspections. Mercury’s team of engineering & construction specialists enable the client to maximise their asset value while minimising their costs using Mercury’s robust maintenance program.
Through Mercury’s maintenance reports, the client achieves regulatory compliance with building inspection for insurance requirements. Over the course of the SLA, Mercury has also delivered various upgrades. A recent example of an upgrade project is the installation of an EV charging system and stations in the underground carpark in support of the customer’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
