Shay is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, embracing change and new ideas in dealing with the compliance &amp; risk issues that face the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m delighted to be joining the board at Lean Construction Ireland. Mercury has long been an advocate of lean and has been implementing its principles into work practices for many years.
