Mercury\u2019s Christie Idemudia, Senior HR Business Partner, was among the speakers at the event. Mercury&#8217;s CEO Eoin Vaughan signed the pledge, placing Mercury as one of the first 45 companies, and one only a small handful in the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is power in consciousnesses. Signing up to Elevate Pledge, for us, produces that consciousness. It helps us take a diagnostic view of what our current workforce is, the demographics and then helps us identify gaps, said Christie Idemudia, Senior HR Business Partner.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;For me &amp; for Mercury, Elevate it is a very important pledge because consciousness produces power. When you are conscious of something, you are intentional about it, you measure it.
