{"id":5537,"date":"2020-12-11T14:27:11","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T14:27:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mercuryeng.com\/?p=5537"},"modified":"2020-12-11T15:55:56","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T15:55:56","slug":"mercury-launches-partnership-with-mental-health-charity-aware","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mercuryeng.com\/de\/2020\/12\/11\/mercury-launches-partnership-with-mental-health-charity-aware\/","title":{"rendered":"Mercury launches partnership with mental health charity Aware"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mercury is delighted to formally announce its corporate partnership with Aware, a leading mental health charity in Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this partnership, Mercury and Aware have committed to working together to promote awareness initiatives around the importance of helping to break down the stigma associated with mental health and to create increased awareness with the construction industry specifically.<\/p>\n<p>Two members of Mercury\u2019s Executive Management Team (EMT) Tony Duddy, Managing Director of Data Centres &amp; Building Services and Joanne Cluxton, Group Human Resources Manager were joined by Aware\u2019s Stephen Butterly, Head of Fundraising and Business Development and Drew Flood, Business Development Executive for a socially distanced partnership launch event outside Mercury\u2019s Dublin Headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Mercury\u2019s staff members, along with many other businesses and individuals across Ireland, are taking place in the Aware 5K run taking place this weekend, Friday 11<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 Sunday 13<sup>th<\/sup> December.\u00a0 As always, people can walk, jog, run \u2013 complete in one go or over a few days. As Aware say, \u201cIt\u2019s 5K your way!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aware.ie\/events\/aware-christmas-5k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to sign up to the Aware 5k run.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Planet, Our Duty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This initiative forms part of \u2018Our Planet, Our Duty\u2019, the responsible business pillar of Beyond50, our five-year strategy.
