Mercury is delighted to reveal that as part of our virtual Graduate Programme Recruitment drive, we have completed over 1,000 one-on-one appointments with students interested in joining next year\u2019s cohort.<\/p>\n

With COVID-19 restrictions ruling out traditional face-to-face interviews, we instead attended 10 virtual college recruitment events in Ireland and STEM Women\u2019s recruitment event in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

More than 50 members of our team took part in these events, where we hosted one-on-one appointments, Q&A sessions, and provided demonstrations for students.<\/p>\n

We received positive feedback from attendees and have spoken to a number of strong candidates.<\/p>\n

Mercury is committed to recruiting the best people and developing them to become leaders of tomorrow.<\/p>\n

We hired our largest ever intake of 55 graduates in 2020\u00a0and are expanding the programme for the coming year.<\/p>\n

Thanks to all who have interacted with us at these events over the course of October and November.<\/p>\n
