Mercury is delighted to be taking part in Lean Construction Ireland\u2019s virtual annual conference on Wednesday November 4th.<\/p>\n

As a corporate member of LCi, Mercury has joined a national community of leading Irish companies and organisations who are committed to delivering projects differently by adopting Lean thinking and practices.<\/p>\n

With the current economic environment, there has never been a more important year for construction organisations to learn, share and adopt Lean thinking and management as countries across the world continue to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

During this virtual conference we will hear from industry experts from across the construction sector, on how a successful operational excellence programme in Ireland will be transformative in job creation, investment and learning.<\/p>\n

Lean Construction Ireland 2020 will provide a virtual roadmap to where the opportunities and challenges may lay in adopting Lean thinking and practices.<\/p>\n

LCi is a voluntary not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to delivering on its commitment of providing free and open information and knowledge exchange on Lean thinking and practices through its website, webinars, the annual\u00a0Book of Cases<\/em>\u00a0and the events held throughout the country.<\/p>\n

Mercury believes in the value that Lean brings to the construction sector across all of the regions we operate including Ireland, the UK and continental Europe. As a corporate member, Mercury will have the opportunity to directly influence the Irish construction industry by promoting best-in-class Lean practices and learnings from our own organisation and will actively play a role in supporting LCi deliver these breakthroughs.<\/p>\n
