Mercury is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for\u00a0a GradIreland Recruitment award, in the Graduate Employer of the Year (intake under 40) category.<\/p>\n

These awards celebrate and recognise excellence and innovation in graduate recruitment.<\/p>\n

The awards are adjudicated by an expert panel of judges and the votes of over 13,000 undergraduates in Ireland.<\/p>\n

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday 6 August 2020 at the Mansion House, Dublin.<\/p>\n

Our Graduate Programme<\/h3>\n

At Mercury, we are committed to recruiting the best people and developing them to become leaders of tomorrow. We invest in the training & development of our team and provide the support and experience you need to fulfil your potential.<\/p>\n

We are committed to engaging and developing new skills and knowledge through a combination of on-site, office-based, project specific experience, experiential learning and formal training. From 2018 to 2019, Mercury has successfully climbed 20 places in the Grad Ireland Top Graduate Employers list and is currently sitting in 111th place. Our aim for 2020 is to break into the Top 100 Graduate Employers.<\/p>\n

Our structured graduate programme<\/a> is run over two years. The development programme is designed to meet the demands of the working environment. The courses are delivered by external and internal subject-matter experts in a dedicated learning environment. We support graduates who wish to pursue chartered status in their respective fields.<\/p>\n

Since 2019, Mercury delivers our graduate programme in partnership with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) who have experience in delivering award winning graduate programmes. The programme aims to develop graduates\u2019 commercial acumen, leadership &people skills, problem solving, decision making, communication and teamwork skills required in the workplace.<\/p>\n
